The netherlands America Nieuw Amsterdam Deck Program
The Nieuw Amsterdam is an easy to navigate ship. The deck plan is easy to figure out – and the boat is small plenty you lot can get from your motel to restaurants, amusement, the pools very easily.
Deck one is mostly cabins, along with an atrium and this is where you will find guest services. Decks 2 and three are where the main indoor stuff is located – casino, entertainment and dining.
Decks 4 -viii are where most cabins are located. Deck iv is dwelling house to the lifeboats, and then cabins on Decks 4 and five might have lifeboat views – so volume higher like decks half dozen, vii or 8!

Cabins on the Nieuw Amsterdam
Our stateroom, 8111 was a cute balcony motel. The balcony itself was big, with two chairs each with an ottoman, and a small tabular array. We loved sitting out there, watching the ocean get by!
Inside our room, we had a small burrow, desk, flat screen TV, and fridge -which was stocked with mini bar items- but I used it to chill my wine. The room has either one rex or 2 twins (yous tin can take them configure it any way y'all would like). There was besides plenty of storage in the cabin – three closets in fact, and a small-scale bathroom with a small tub, shower, toilet, and sink.
I besides loved the soft robes in the room – I totally forgot to get a picture of them!

There is besides the Lincoln Eye Stage on board where beautiful instrumental music is played.
On our sailing, there were several comedians on board and nightly one-act shows. Our group also loved some of the games hosted by our cruise director – such as trivia, Bulk Rules and Pictionary! Just check your Navigator app to detect out what is happening on lath.
On the Nieuw Amsterdam, there is also a good size casino, open when the boat is sailing. The evenings offered lots to do on board.

The private isle stop at One-half Moon Cay was a 2021 holiday highlight for sure – the embankment is gorgeous and it's so nice to spend a 24-hour interval in this individual oasis in paradise.
I just had two "complaints" well-nigh my sailing – the get-go being that the WIFI (we had the surf packet) sucked. It was dial-upwardly speed and y'all could only employ it for a few apps, electronic mail and web browsing. But with that said, I was on a work trip and had to spend virtually of the sea days in front of my reckoner.
